Terms of service

Musta helps a team prepare, run and remember its recurring meetings: it composes briefs before a meeting, supports the room during it, and writes the recap and the commitments afterwards, building a memory of the team across meetings. It is provided by Limineer (“we”). By creating an account or using Musta you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where you act for one, your organisation.

You sign in with your work email; your organisation in Musta is derived from its domain, and the first person to arrive on a company domain administers that organisation until they hand it on. Keep your sign-in links and codes to yourself and tell us if you think your account has been used by someone else.

You may not use Musta to:

• record or transcribe a meeting without the consent the law of your country requires from its participants;
• upload material you have no right to share with your team, or that is unlawful;
• attempt to reach another organisation's material, probe or overload the service, or resell access to it.

Everything your team puts into Musta — agendas, answers, documents, transcripts, decisions — is yours. You grant us only the licence needed to store it, process it and show it back to your team, including sending it to the model and infrastructure providers named in our privacy page to produce what you asked for. We do not use your content to train models and we do not sell it. Musta itself — the software, its design and the way it works — is ours.

You may connect your own Google or Microsoft calendar, or a meeting notetaker. Each connection is personal to you, optional, and revocable at any time from your connectors page or from the provider. Their own terms apply to their services.

Plans and prices are on the pricing page; a team's first meetings are free. Paid plans are billed as shown there. Where an organisation has a separate signed agreement with Limineer, that agreement governs and these terms fill any gaps.

Musta is a young product and changes often. We aim to keep it available and to announce changes that matter, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after telling you where we reasonably can.

Musta drafts, suggests and summarises; the decisions a team takes are the team's. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to an organisation in any year is limited to the fees it paid us in that year.

You can stop using Musta at any time and ask us to delete your organisation's data; the privacy page says how long things are kept. We may end the service with reasonable notice.

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which Limineer is established, and its courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any protection the law of your own country gives you. If something here is unclear, ask: meet@musta.ai.
